3. Scheduling & Conducting the On-Site Laser Survey โ€‹

Accurate measurements are the foundation of precision cabinetry and modular joinery.

Survey Workflow โ€‹

  1. Assign Surveyor: Assign a Sales/3D Consultant or Site Engineer to the Lead.
  2. On-Site Laser Measurement:
    • Measure room wall lengths, ceiling height, beam drop-downs, and floor level variances using a digital laser meter.
    • Locate plumbing inlet/drain points, electrical sockets, switch positions, and gas lines.
    • Note window sills, door swing clearance, and wall construction (masonry vs. drywall).
  3. Upload Survey Sheet:
    • In the Lead document, open the Attachments sidebar.
    • Upload the scanned laser measurement sketch, site photos, and architectural floor plan.

4. 3D Architectural CAD Rendering & Material Palette โ€‹

Before generating a quotation, Edge Home Solutions creates a photorealistic 3D proposal to align with the client's aesthetic vision.

  1. 3D Modeling & Rendering:
    • Create the custom 3D model (Kitchen, Walk-in Closet, TV Wall, or Vanity Unit).
    • Apply realistic finishes: High-gloss acrylic, matte melamine, fluted panels, LED profile lighting, and quartz/granite worktops.
  2. Attach Design Deck:
    • Upload 3D renders and moodboards to the Lead record.
  3. Design Approval:
    • Client reviews 3D perspectives and confirms cabinet layout, handle choices (e.g., Gola profile vs. knurled handles), and finishes.

5. Next Step in System Flow โ€‹

Once the 3D design and site scope are finalized, proceed to Step 2: Quotations, Item Estimation & Contract Signing: โžก๏ธ Proceed to 2. Quotations & Contract Agreements
