Week 1: System Foundations & Organization Setup

• Day 1: System login (https://erp.edgehomesolutions.co.ke), setting profile, shortcuts, and global search.
• Day 2: Understanding Edge Home Solutions catalog (MDF, Marine Ply, Melamine, Soft-close hardware, Quartz slabs).
• Day 3: Warehouse structure and understanding stock movement from raw materials to installed units.
• Day 4: System roles, permissions, and internal task communications.

Week 2: Sales, 3D Surveys & Milestone Quotations

• Day 1: Capturing leads from architects, property developers, and walk-in clients.
• Day 2: Entering laser measurement site surveys and attaching 3D CAD renders.
• Day 3: Drafting custom quotations using Interior Fitting Standard (50-40-10) milestone template.
• Day 4: Converting approved quotations into active Sales Orders.

Week 3: Project Execution, Workshop Joinery & Store Issuing

• Day 1: Creating projects using the Custom Interior Fitting (Wardrobe / Kitchen / Cabinetry) 12-task template.
• Day 2: Material requisitions & issuing boards from Main Store - EHS to Workshop WIP - EHS.
• Day 3: CNC panel sizing, PVC edge-banding, and carcass pre-assembly tracking.
• Day 4: Site delivery staging, countertop installation, and joint snag walk-through sign-off.

Week 4: Milestone Invoicing, Costing & Live Certification

• Day 1: Invoicing 50% deposit, 40% delivery, and 10% retention milestones.
• Day 2: Supplier PO job costing and tracking gross margin per fitting project.
• Day 3: Payment reconciliation via Bank and M-Pesa.
• Day 4: Go-Live Practical Exam: Each trainee executes a complete mock kitchen/wardrobe order from Lead to Handover.
